I had a rough time with the checkout process and never got my deposit back, but otherwise everything was fine.

The old building was clean, the staff were friendly, access was easy, and the location was good, but the beds and pillows felt too soft and the tub/shower unit needed repairs.

They were really nice; when the TV stopped working, they fixed it quickly, and breakfast was great—highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Arkansas.

Customer service was good, yet the chair in the room had a very bad smell and the tub had a slow drain.
