“A relaxing stay with welcoming hosts”

The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The property is spacious, well maintained, and surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. The accommodation comfortably fit two people, with a good bed and high‑quality towels. Breakfast was simple but tasty and served in the room. The night walk around the property to see kiwis and glowworms was a fun experience, especially with kids. We also enjoyed the company of Bertie, the friendly dog, and the hosts made it clear that she would stay with them if guests preferred. The location was convenient for us because we had a car; without one, it might be a bit hard to get into town. The only issue was that when I booked, I didn’t notice the room I chose had a shared bathroom with another room. It wasn’t a major problem for us, as we were the only guests staying there during our visit.
