The room was spotless and nicely decorated, and I can’t think of anything negative.

The staff were polite and friendly, and check‑in and housekeeping were fine; the hallway to the rooms had a strong, somewhat unpleasant scent that wasn’t horrible, but a different fragrance might be better; otherwise everything was fine.
