The hotel's reception was pretty standard, but what really stood out was that they allowed pets. I did have a bit of an issue with fleas, but I'm not sure if it was the hotel's fault or not. On the plus side, the place looked clean, but my room wasn't cleaned for two whole days, which isn't exactly typical for Peru. To top it all off, I asked for a hot cup of water and they charged me for it. Not exactly what I'd call a great experience.

The free breakfast was a definite highlight, but the TV and its controls were a bit of a letdown. The picture quality was okay, but navigating the channels was a hassle. Still, the breakfast made up for it.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference in my overall experience. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and it really showed.

This place is in a fantastic location, with everything you need within walking distance. The staff are super friendly and responsive, which made our stay really comfortable. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's in a busy area, so you might hear some noise.
