The view from the villa was great, but don’t come. We booked expecting a pleasant holiday, yet the experience was very disappointing. The promised heated pool was not heated at all on the first day, and the jacuzzi didn’t work. Out of five rooms, four had major flaws: one room had no toilet door at all—no privacy, an unpleasant smell, and no window for ventilation; a second room had no door handle, so it couldn’t be closed; a third room’s curtain was torn, letting in early morning light and ruining sleep; a fourth room’s door could only be closed when latched, and the door strip didn’t work. Additionally, the towels were dirty, the kitchen sink faucet was completely broken making washing dishes nearly impossible, and the kitchen had very few utensils. The electrical cabinet leaked, and the only fix was to put towels to stop the leak. The most disappointing part was that the manager was aware of these flaws beforehand yet still booked us and asked us to pay a non‑refundable fee. During the stay, staff told us the issues were old and not new. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what was promised, so we advise others to think twice before booking.
