A roach was in the room, and the toilet handle broke; we informed the staff, who said they'd tell the manager, but after a couple more days it was still not fixed. They mentioned breakfast, which turned out to be just a packaged coffee cake, along with cereal and yogurt—nothing else.

The breakfast was minimal, and when I had orange juice, a bug floated in it! I killed a bug on the bed sheet, three in the bathroom, and four outside our door. The stool seat was very loose, the shower water control handle wasn’t secure and fell off the stem, and the bathroom baseboards were dirty.

The bed was very comfortable, but the bathtub fixtures were very loose and seemed like they might fall off. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted.
