It’s a very beautiful hotel, all new. The evening staff were very friendly, as were the cleaning crew and the reception team. The location is top, right in the middle of the nature park. The only downside was that there was no staff at breakfast – no one to sit with or to take orders, and the staff seemed busy clearing and restocking. A friendly “Good morning!” would have been nice.

For couples during holiday periods, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Lots of families with little kids, so it’s very noisy at mealtimes. It’s a pity the Murau Karte is no longer available, and with the replacement card you have to pay everything around Murau, like at the brewery.

A flawless hotel, everything you need is there. The location is perfect for cycling tours. The only downside this time was the weather.
