Hyatt Place Chapel Hill

“I would not go back again.”

The location was central and easy to access to the city, and the staff were friendly. However, the room carpets were very dirty and sticky, and the HVAC internal unit was right in that room, making it so noisy that we couldn’t sleep well.

“As always, great. The staff is the largest asset you have.”

Breakfast is always high quality. We stay there for chemo treatments at UNC Hospitals, and it’s conveniently located.

Very modern and chic! Loved the styling of the rooms, which were very modern and classy; I was pleasantly surprised. Great proximity to UNC Chapel Hill, but there are no restaurants within walking distance.

I was greeted by friendly, helpful staff and found the place clean and conveniently close to shops and a few restaurants.

“Overall, my stay at the hotel was very good”

The room was spacious and spotless, which I really appreciated, but the breakfast spread was disappointingly limited.
