The room offered a perfect view of the Empire State Building, was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly kind—one even went out of their way to escort us to the rooftop after hours so my teenage daughters could snap a photo.

The location was very convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful, though the rooms felt a bit small even for NYC, a drawback that the great location helped to balance.

The staff were excellent and the beds were comfortable, but the room felt quite small for what was charged.

The reception staff were fabulous, the coffee shop was brilliant for mornings, and I loved the location in NY and the rooftop bar, though the rooftop bar’s menu was a bit limited when it came to salads.
