The staff here are super friendly and welcoming, which is a big plus in my book. I was a bit worried about the location, but it turned out to be really convenient. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again.

I made a cancellation request, but they never got back to me. Needless to say, I won't be booking with them again. The whole experience was a nightmare, and I'm still fuming about it.

We were really looking forward to staying here, but things didn't quite go as planned. They messed up our reservation and sent us to a different location that was way out of the way. It was a real hassle, and we were pretty disappointed.

I'm still trying to process what happened. They sold my room out from under me, kept my money, and left me scrambling to find a new place to stay. The whole experience was a disaster, and I'm still waiting for a refund.
