“Worth the visit”
The rooms were large, comfortable, stylish, and very clean, and the staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast wasn’t a buffet, but they would refill anything you asked for. The hotel’s location is a bit further from the strip.

We enjoyed a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the Karl Lagerfeld Hotel in Macau, thanks to the exceptionally attentive, friendly, and professional staff who kept everything running smoothly. The rooms were well‑appointed, comfortable, and stylish, fitting the hotel’s unique design aesthetic. The view from our room was a little underwhelming, but that’s not much the hotel can control and it didn’t really spoil our overall experience. We liked spending time in the Book Lounge, inspired by Karl Lagerfeld’s Paris Study, and the Whisky Barrel Ice Cold Drip Signature Coffee was a must‑try. The Secret Garden was the absolute highlight—an unreal, magical place that felt like a fantasy fairytale, with meticulous detail, atmosphere, and landscaping that made it one of the most memorable parts of our visit. Overall, the Karl Lagerfeld Hotel offered a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable stay with excellent service and unique features that set it apart, though its location is slightly out of the way and would be better for those seeking a quieter stay.
