The staff were absolute stars - friendly, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand.
The pool area was also a beautiful oasis, surrounded by lovely flowers and gardens.

“Amazing stay”
I was exhausted after a long journey, so the staff’s help was a relief, and the room was spotless with a very comfortable bed; after a bad experience elsewhere, booking this place quickly as a replacement was a relief.
The staff were very kind, and chef Paras Sous was super helpful with gluten‑free food.
“Stay was OK”
Breakfast is nice but the cooking of food in the room, makes your dresses have a bad smell afterwords. I have mentioned this many times. I went to have breakfast outside - although hot - to avoid this issue. What I have mentioned above the cooking of food in the same room as people were having breakfast. this should happen to a 5 star hotel

The hotel was just a stone’s throw from the train station, making it easy to get around, and the meals were tasty; they even held my luggage until my flight home, though there were no hand‑drying papers and I didn’t have time to use the pool, which was disappointing.
