“Can’t say anything good about them since they won’t communicate”

I had a frustrating experience with this hotel due to their complete lack of response. My travel plans unexpectedly changed, and when I tried to cancel my booking, I was essentially ignored by the hotel, who failed to reply to my multiple communications. This lack of communication was not only irresponsible but also disrespectful. As a result, I'm basing my review solely on their poor handling of my cancellation attempts.

“مناسب للإقامة القصير، راح اسكن فيه مره ثانيه”

The staff at this hotel were generally excellent, and the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was top-notch. The breakfast spread featured a delicious array of Indian dishes, and we were also able to request custom meals at the same price as the standard options. However, the Wi-Fi connection did tend to drop out occasionally, especially in the evenings.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While I did enjoy some aspects of my time there, there were also a few issues that left me feeling somewhat disappointed.

“One of the best places I've stayed at”

During my stay, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff, who made a genuine effort to make me feel at home. The room and washroom were spotless, which was a great start to my stay. However, I did notice that the room could benefit from a bit more natural light. Overall, the positives of my stay outweighed this minor drawback.
