The area is quiet, though it’s unclear if it changes in high season; overall it was good. The hall was poorly guarded, there was no fridge in the bar, and there wasn’t even a bar.

The staff were friendly and very pet‑friendly, but everything was clean and the furniture and fittings felt like they were from recent years.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and gave good advice. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the city and mountains. The location was excellent and parking was convenient. Breakfast was perfect. For improvement, a higher partition between adjacent balconies would enhance privacy.
