Clean and tidy. The room had a fridge and a table. I didn’t see any staff. Everything was by code. The guard (or whoever, maybe the owner) spoke English at first and helped me figure things out. The bathrooms were clean and the renovation was good. It seemed to be on the outskirts, but close to the center – 5 min by bus or 20 min on foot to the station. The railway and highway are nearby, and you can hear the traffic. If you have trouble sleeping, keep that in mind, but it’s not critical. The kettle was there, but there was no cookware and the tea was apparently already used. That was not liked. Minimal cookware, tea is usually available. There were no towels, but I don’t remember if that was mentioned in the description. This made it difficult, so the towel was not ready.

The rooms were well equipped. Sometimes the bathroom was open and a man was in just underwear. They left the bathroom completely wet.

The place was spotless and modern, especially the bathroom and kitchen, and the manager was fantastic, but there were a lot of stairs.

The accommodation is simple yet clean, but the access codes aren’t explained well enough; details are missing, like the extra digit needed to activate the house door key and the button on the doorhandle that lights up the entry pad, and a coffee dispenser in the kitchen would be nice for short‑staying guests.
