The spot is in a great location, on a pretty street right next to Plaza de España and just a 5‑minute walk from the Fontana. There isn’t a traditional front desk, but every detail—codes, recommendations, everything—is handled via WhatsApp, and the staff are super friendly, making us feel well taken care of; they even surprised us for our anniversary. The daily cleaning lady is also very kind. The building is old and the window faces a low courtyard, making ventilation nearly impossible, but the air‑conditioning unit, the thorough cleaning, and the comfortable bed more than make up for it.

The place is in a fantastic spot, with the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain just a few minutes on foot. The room’s air‑conditioning works great, the owner maintains excellent contact, the bed is very comfortable, and it’s very quiet. Minor issues: the bathroom shelves need to be tightened or replaced after the season.

“Excelente”

Comfortable bed and pillows, spacious bathroom. Great location—everything was within walking distance, close to markets, shops, and tourist spots. We had no trouble accessing the accommodation; even without a reception, everything was guided online.

It’s an exceptional place, not just because of the superb location but also due to the thoughtful comforts and details in the room. Everything is well presented and equipped, with disposable slippers, foot sponges, disposable toothbrushes, and more. The room is quite clean, making for a very good experience. The only downside is that the wardrobe acts as a partition with a kind of extension of the room, featuring two doors that had a sign saying only authorized personnel could enter. My partner and I didn’t have any problems, and no one entered that way, but it did catch our attention.

The room isn’t worth the money I paid. It’s very small, has no window, and the bathroom taps are rusted.
