“O hotel mais difícil de avaliar de todos que já me hospedei.”

The location is privileged, right in front of one of Maceió’s best beaches, with excellent restaurants around. Breakfast is excellent and the staff are very attentive. The price offers great value. The bed is good and the linens are clean and fragrant. The building needs more care; small maintenance issues that could have been addressed earlier, such as a gap at the top of our door that let in a lot of light at night. The shower was hot but almost clogged with calcium buildup; I removed the nozzle, scrubbed the rubber seals, and after reinstalling it worked perfectly—water flowed like a waterfall.

“Desconfortável”

The location was great, but the windows had no locks, the front door lock was broken, and the floor was old and dirty. Some upgrades are needed to justify the price they charge, and the breakfast offered only basic options.

The location is fantastic, yet the hotel clearly needs a renovation because the facilities are very old. The breakfast fell short of expectations with limited variety. In the end, the cost‑benefit ratio doesn't add up; the hotel only thrives because of its superb location.

The breakfast was wonderful, the accommodation was extremely comfortable, and the daytime work environment was great. Facing the beach, it’s easy to walk along the promenade and spend evenings out with friends to enjoy the city.
