I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, but unfortunately, my room was a letdown. The mattress and bed sheets were torn, and to make matters worse, the room had a strong unpleasant odor.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my experience at this hotel, particularly with the staff's behavior. The front desk manager's rude and inconsiderate demeanor only added to our disappointment.
