It was warm and very comfortable. The staff were lovely and the food was good.

The rooms were absolutely spotless and the staff were lovely. My only complaint is that a young girls sports team was staying, and for a couple of nights they played football outside our window which was noisy; on our last night a girl had a breakdown in the corridor and disturbed a few guests, including us.
