The reception staff were friendly, the room was very clean for our one‑night stay, and the location was ideal for the train station. The price was very good, probably because the room is dated. The room itself is quite dated, the walls need repainting, but for how clean it was it didn’t matter to us.

The place was good, the location is nice. The receptionist was friendly, and the room was very clean with air conditioning, hair dryer, and television. The only thing I could complain about is that when we arrived it wasn’t a double bed, but separate beds, and the 16€ extra city tax (but I understand that’s not their policy). The check‑out was confusing because Booking says until 11, but there’s a sign in Italian that says you have to leave at 10:30. In short, it’s fine and I recommend it.

The location was very central in the city if Rome, but the access instructions weren’t clear beforehand and the old lift was too small for us.

The guy who received us was pleasant, quick, and helpful. He waited for us outside at the agreed time. The room on the 5th floor with a small lift can’t fit a couple with luggage. The shower is 60 cm with an illogical opening for entering and exiting for a man. Everything is minimal and doesn’t justify the price at all. There’s no way to make coffee or tea. There’s no breakfast, you have to look around. The pillows were very hard and we couldn’t sleep.

Nice staff, helping with luggage and everything. Clean and close to termini. Booked for a three bed and got a two bed one. The lift has seen better times and it’s narrow
