The room was calm, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The pool bar offered reasonably priced, hearty, high‑quality dishes. The staff were kind and available. The shuttle took you to the bus stop or Sant’Angelo. There were many pools. One improvement could be made regarding the shower jets near the pools.

The whole experience was amazing, and I’ll definitely return. The beach was close, the spa treatments were amazing, the staff were friendly and professional, the thermal pools were clean and relaxing, and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The interior décor could use an update, but overall it was amazing.

The place feels familiar. The staff are friendly and polite, and the restaurant is definitely first‑rate. Almost everything is made by the staff. There is an abundance of food. The room‑service coordinator, Antonio, who grew up in the hotel, acts like a host and makes every guest feel important. The only downside is the poor mobile reception and very weak Wi‑Fi, which is the only real issue.
