The staff were helpful, the location was good, and the place was clean and neat, but the location was also a bit of a downside.

The service was exceptional and the location was great.

The location was good, but there were no TVs, no hot water, no kettles, the bed was noisy and creaky, the AC temperature couldn’t be adjusted, and the staff were unresponsive, so it didn’t live up to what I’d expect from a 3‑star hotel.
