Halekulani’s room size is a major advantage compared to Hyatt, and having a partition in the bedroom was great for putting the baby to sleep. The pool was a bit small and not heated, which was disappointing, but the sea view and quiet atmosphere were very appealing. Breakfast was not very diverse but acceptable, and the service was excellent. The beach isn’t right in front, and when driving from Naha toward the north, Google Maps gives a strange direction.

The pool was too small and overcrowded, and paying 1500 yen per night for parking feels unreasonable for a hotel of this level.

The staff were very welcoming and the services were calm, yet there are plenty of activities to enjoy both in the hotel and nearby; the only downside is that the beautiful pool shown in photos is only used for client pictures.
