“RAS, très bien”
The setting, the welcome, and the restaurant are great. The second floor has no elevator.

The welcome was pleasant. The room was very comfortable and nothing was missing. The breakfast was plentiful. Even without a chef on site, the dinner options are suitable and satisfy both small and large appetites. A good spot to explore the surroundings of Puy de Dôme.

Nice location and a large family room. Good breakfast. The hotel looked pretty worn out. Communication before arrival was very unfriendly.

The staff and management are very friendly, the stone building has charm, the breakfast buffet is good, an elevator for disabled guests was added, and the bedding quality is high. The décor in the rooms is outdated (carpet, furniture, needs a good refresh, and the bathroom size is small), there’s no air conditioning, which is not worth the price paid.
The front desk welcomed us warmly, the manager was adorable and ready to offer valuable local visit tips. The room was spotless and quiet. Great job.
