The bed and pillows were great, everything felt brand new and spotless, and the shower was superb; everything stayed very clean. The only downside was that it rained during my stay, which I didn't like.

The hotel looks beautiful, the rooms are top‑class, and the pool is excellent. The Wi‑Fi, however, doesn’t work in room 3.

The staff are extremely polite and attentive, and the location is perfect for anyone seeking the peace of Pauba. The room I stayed in needed maintenance on its outlets and the bathroom shower rail was loose.

Localização ótima, café da manhã muito bom, pousada agradável e quartos num tamanho bom, Ah o chuveiro é ótimo e os funcionários muito educados. O lençol não tinha elástico, ficava saindo da cama, o banheiro pequeno e a TV não tinha muitas opções de canais e com imagem ruim, pegamos uns dias com chuva

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The bedding was TERRIBLE—no quality, all worn out, simply horrible. I booked three nights but couldn’t stay all of them, so I left early. I asked for a change, but it didn’t happen. The breakfast area was poorly arranged, with no space for guests to move around.
