A super quiet spot with an amazing garden full of ancient trees, huge comfy beds, a friendly and helpful owner, and a great breakfast that’s included. Nothing else to complain about.

The property is brand‑new and well furnished. The room is large, clean, and comfortable, with access to a terrace overlooking the property’s garden. Breakfast is good, served in a spacious hall that also has a large fridge; given the temperatures, they offered several free cold drinks.

We were the only guests and felt very comfortable, thanks not only to the extraordinary accommodation—a former castle—but also to the warm owner. Breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice and wonderful bread made with a Viking baking recipe.
