The staff were amazing! We had an excellent time with them, a remarkable welcome, heartfelt gestures, and they were very accommodating; the restaurant is superb and the hotel is well located! The view from the pool over Mount Rinjani is stunning! It’s a pity that the facilities and hygiene don’t meet expectations, because without that it would be a perfect hotel.

The staff at Pondok Tetebatu Cottages and café were very friendly. Adem gave us a fantastic tour of the rice fields and waterfalls, speaks good English, and is friendly. A great spot to explore Tetabatu! And nice to take a dip in the pool. The room didn’t smell fresh and the room hygiene was disappointing.
