I spent three days at Pc Palace and from the first moment Mr Elman exceeded my expectations with a warm welcome and smooth arrangements, while the hotel remained very clean and comfortable. Mr Ruslan, the security manager, greeted us each time and offered help and water. It was truly an exceptional stay.

I recently spent 2 nights at the Pik Palace Shahdag, Autograph Collection and it was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel itself is stunning, nestled beautifully in the mountains, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible hospitality. The daily breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a great selection of delicious, high-quality choices that made each morning a treat. What made my stay extra special was the outstanding service provided by the staff. I want to give a huge, heartfelt shoutout to Nadir, Sabira, and Niyaz. Their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness made me feel incredibly welcome and well-cared for throughout my entire stay. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. If you are planning a trip to Shahdag, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I am already looking forward to my next visit

I had a wonderful stay at Pik Palace! Everything was excellent. The furniture was modern, new, and beautifully maintained, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Access to the spa from the rooms was incredibly convenient. The breakfast was really good, especially considering the hotel's remote mountain location and the logistical challenges of maintaining a high‑quality kitchen in such an environment. The highlight, however, was the spectacular outdoor pool, especially when the clouds rolled over the surrounding mountains. It was truly a breathtaking experience. Highly recommended!
