“We expected basic B&B overnight accommodation, rather than only an en-suite room.”
I cleaned up the place, but it was hard to find because there was no local signage—just a tiny sticker on the post box with the bungalow name. The address on the booking was different from the actual one, so the host had to give me directions over the phone for the last few miles. Even though the name says cottage, it’s actually a bungalow on a main road at the edge of town. There was no breakfast offered, and the new name Kilmactrasna Cottage Accommodation might hint at that. I wasn’t given a shared kitchen to make my own breakfast. The room had a second bed without bedding, cutting into space, and only a minimal tea/coffee setup plus a fridge tucked in the wardrobe.
