The location was quiet and convenient for everywhere in Exmouth.
“An enjoyable experience”
The room was large, clean, breakfast was lovely, the location was great, and there was nothing negative.

I felt completely safe as a solo traveler, and the place was super relaxing. It’s just a short stroll to the beautiful Exmouth sea front, even though the house sits on a quiet side street. The host was friendly and helpful, and despite the hot weather outside, the room stayed cool and the bed was comfy, so I slept great. The shower was good, and the lounge had a small fridge, plenty of tea, filter coffee, and fresh milk. The big TV was a nice touch, and everything was spotlessly clean. I’ll definitely come back, and it’s great value. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.

The house was very stylish, the host was welcoming and helpful, and she offered to pick us up from the station, which we took and appreciated after a long journey. I liked everything about our stay.

The place was beautifully furnished, spotless, and had facilities for hot drinks; luxury towels made us feel spoiled on our mini‑trip. It was a very short walk to town (under five minutes) with plenty of dining options. There was no parking on the property, but free street parking and nearby car parks were available within a reasonable distance.
