“Séjour correcte ds un hotel tranquille”
The hotel was quiet, the reception staff were friendly, the gardeners were nice, the food was decent, the servers were kind and listening, the pool and beach were clean. At the restaurant there were seafood dishes cooked with white wine, which was forbidden for us, so I complained to the chef; Mourad prepared a plate without wine, brought it to my table, and said bravo. We were invited to a gala dinner, a pleasant evening in the ballroom; bravo. It was a 12‑night quiet stay in good spirits. At arrival, the cashier with white hair had a card reader that didn’t work properly, he spoke badly to us, but outside our card worked fine and he was unfriendly. There was a lack of sunbeds at the beach level, occupied by people from Eastern Europe who put a piece of cloth on the sunbed by the pool and a towel on the beach as early as 4 am—unbelievable. Also there was a lot of noise in the rooms by the pool. The pillows were too firm and over‑stuffed. The housekeepers said there were no others. The carpets in the rooms were dirty with bad smells from the blankets in the wardrobe. The carpets in the corridors needed immediate replacement instead of repainting during the summer season, disturbing guests. The pancakes and waffles were inedible.
