The room was filthy, the bathtub was disgusting, there were black lace panties hanging in the closet, and the room smelled awful.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable; the staff were courteous and friendly, but the indoor pool was very cold.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

The location and price were good, but the hallways and room smelled old and damp, there was no airflow, and the room was hot and muggy when I entered, making it feel unclean and gross.

The location was fine, but the entire building had no hot water. I emailed the general manager and have not heard back; we were there for a celebration and my girls would have loved to shower, but the water was so cold we couldn’t even wash our hair.
