The hotel was very bad and old, lacking cleanliness; the pictures misled us, the bedding was unsuitable and smelled bad. We booked via Booking and the full amount was taken from our card in advance even though we chose to pay on arrival, which felt untrustworthy and unreliable. Seeing the place upon arrival was the only way to decide whether to stay.

The room was very nice and the hotel is well located, with access to an amazing gym and spa at Ottoman’s Life deluxe. The bathroom could use a good refresh and a bit of cleaning; it would be nice to have an extra duvet because the round one isn’t really suitable for two people.
