The setting is beautiful, close to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and the staff are phenomenal! The bed was very comfortable, making it worth the price! They’re updating the place, so it looks a bit worn, but stay anyway!

The location is excellent. The hosts are friendly. It’s worn but well-loved, a bit ramshackle but so, so fun—like staying at your grandmother’s lake house, modest when she bought it but now worth a fortune. The décor is fun, and the value is unbelievable—the most affordable in town, and you get a lot if you’re willing to overlook the particle board and old carpet. The outdoor spaces are outstanding. We loved it here and will keep coming back.

The location was gorgeous, and they clearly invested in a stunning waterfall pond, but that came at the cost of neglecting the motel. The rooms were in a shocking state of disrepair and felt uncared for.
