The resort is amazing for honeymooners, and the beach looks like something out of a cartoon, but the bugs were overwhelming; the bathroom had openings to the pool area that let in too many insects, and I ended up paying room charges that matched the amount of four mosquitoes that bit me initially.

The beaches were beautiful, the beach villa was great, the design was nice, the staff were very friendly, and the food was fantastic—I would come back right away. To be honest, I found everything lovely, but the buffet at the main restaurant in the evening was far too expensive compared to the other restaurants.

Absolutely everything ❤️ Starting with the welcoming at the Bel Ombre Jetty and arriving to the resort, which is a dream. Our ocean front villa was simply amazing with unobstructed sea & sunrise view. This is by far the best romantic getaway we ever experienced and what a great feeling waking up to the sound of waves splashing on the sand a few metres from our outdoor terrace. The pool area and landscape is very well maintained. The service by the staff was top notch and exceeded our expectations. A special mention to Inesse & Keisha from Front Office as well as Arun, Marisamy & Tiru from Housekeeping who helped my partner to prepare a romantic surprise for me. Last but not least, everything we ate and drank was exquisite. Overall, it was a unique experience and we'll definitely visit again. Super highly recommended 👌

We loved every part of the resort—truly a hidden getaway with ultimate tranquility ❤️ and picturesque scenery! We stayed in a plunge‑pool beach villa that was lovely and perfect for a peaceful escape. One staff member performed our turn‑down service and added a surprise bubble bath with flower petals on our last night in Niva Labriz. We planned to dine at Sakura Restaurant one evening, but we were a bit late and the restaurant was closed; the head chef, Mr Fikri, went out of his way to come in the next day, fire up the restaurant on his off day, cook for us, and personally deliver the meals to our villa. We had great interactions with the spa and massage staff, Mdm Seri, who gave us a tour of the facility and explained many details. We also became friends with the buggy attendant, Mr Daniel, who spent time sharing tips and stories about Niva Labriz, Seychelles, and more. Every staff member was above and beyond, warm, and always ready to help or suggest something at any time of day. Notable staff to mention: Mr Fikri and Mr Bintang at Sakura Restaurant, Mr Daniel at Guest Services, Mdm Seri at Guest Services, Mr Jimmy at Guest Services, and Mr Tamil at Lo Brizon Bar. We booked a snorkeling trip, but the waves that day were strong, making the water cloudy and preventing us from enjoying the experience. The organizers could have moved to a different spot quickly to make the 50‑minute session worthwhile, and they should have engaged more with customers during the session instead of staying quiet most of the time; calmer waves would have made it beautiful. We were at Black Rock.
