The property was excellent, situated nicely between Thun and Interlaken, and the bus pass made it easy to visit both places; the location was peaceful, though the cleanliness and comfort could use improvement.

Half‑board meals were excellent, service was very efficient and friendly, the reception staff were kind and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable with a well‑equipped balcony, a beautiful view, sunny afternoons, and perfect bedding; nothing was lacking, and the management was warm and welcoming.
