The location is fantastic, and the suite was great. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was tasty, but the price was very high. The other rooms feel very small compared to our suite.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. We stayed in the “Möwe” room, which was nicely furnished and functional. A few suggestions: a trash bin in the room would be nice, and it would be helpful to have a place to hang coats, especially in cooler weather, otherwise everything has to stay in the wardrobe and gets wet in the rain. These are minor points, otherwise everything was very nice.

This place is extraordinary! The staff are very hospitable, flexible, comfortable, and everything is practically furnished and equipped in every detail, with spotless clean rooms. The hotel’s namesake café served wonderful, high‑quality breakfasts. It’s very close to every attraction and the beach, and for those arriving by train it’s an ideal distance from the station. Thank you for your care! We hope to return! There was nothing negative.

Warnemünde is great… without a doubt. We found a hotel with a waterbed that was poorly maintained and unsuitable for two people with a bit more weight, so we couldn’t sleep. I come from a furniture store and can judge that well. When we asked if another room was available, the answer was no, so we had to stay in the suite, which came with a hefty surcharge. That’s not good customer service. All the other furniture was also worn out. I know luxury rooms differently. The breakfast was good… but not great. The claim that the waterbed service was available is simply false, or the colleague has zero competence in maintaining the bed.

The hotel’s location is central, close to the beach and the train station. Our room was large, spacious with plenty of storage and wardrobes. It was very cozy and everything was provided, even two TVs. The breakfast was also very good, and we would gladly come back. The only downside was the two somewhat steep stairs to the upper floor, which we managed to climb.
