The place is quiet, safe and feels really home‑y, with a friendly, family‑style vibe in the condo. It’s just a short walk to Praia das Dunas and there are plenty of bars, snack spots and restaurants right nearby, and Sidney was super welcoming. Just keep in mind the stairs – it’s not the best choice if you have limited mobility or are very elderly.
