The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. It was close to transport and not too far to walk to the meeting point for activities, but there was a bit of rumble from the underground.

The location is great and the staff, especially Mr Fatih and Manal at reception, were professional. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is pretty, cozy, well equipped with a good breakfast, and situated near Gare du Nord in the center. The major issue was the lack of soundproofing; noise from one room to another was very loud.
