They never opened for me. No one was at the hotel, so I had to find another place.
“Worst hotel experience I had so far.”
The beach was beautiful. Even though we had the best suite, the bed sheets were very, very dirty. Nobody was willing to help or change anything, not even the sheets, and there was no apology.
“Dangerous”
The bar and main areas look nice with great ocean views. The property has dangerous maintenance problems. I got an electric shock from an outlet that wasn’t attached to the wall. The room was beyond repair: mold, sagging ceiling, broken tile, no window screen, mosquitoes…ugh! No hot water, and my husband cut his head when the glass shower door fell off its hinges and cut him. No staff were on site at 7 AM to help; we checked out and had to find another hotel. I emailed the hotel asking for a refund but received no reply. Bookings should remove this hotel from its partners.
“No food. Kitchen was closed and they had no snacks other than popcorn.”
There was no food, and the bar closed early. The room smelled like bleach.

It’s close to the water. The internet was poor, there was no food service after 4 PM, no coffee or food in the morning. They said it opened at 8:00 AM but no one was there to give me the key. On the beach but the windows wouldn’t open, the door to the room was hard to close and lock. There was no drinking water or place to get it.
