The room was filthy, with mould in the corners and beer bottles scattered everywhere; the geyser was mostly unusable, and the windows were in terrible condition, making the room feel as cold as outside. Even the extra blankets were dirty, and the bathroom was in a similarly poor state. When I complained about the chill, the manager said it was the owner's issue and offered no solution. The food was also terrible. This place should be removed from the listings.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, but they forgot to clean the dustbin before giving me the key. Aside from that, everything else was fine and the staff remained gentle and polite.

The hotel was very pocket‑friendly, and the staff were polite and helpful; if I ever visit Darjeeling again, I’ll definitely stay here.

The hotel is close to the roadside, which makes it easy to find, but you can hear traffic and noise from the fourth storey up, and the Bajar view room stayed noisy until 3 am.
