The welcome and cleanliness were good, but the air conditioning barely worked and the furniture looked very old.

The room was clean, the staff were nice and helpful, but there was no breakfast.

The staff were available and friendly, everything else was fine, and the 24‑hour reception was the most convenient thing for us.

One of the receptionists was very helpful and nice, but the hotel claimed to be close to the train station and it wasn’t; I could not walk there at all.
