“O hotel precisa de uma repaginação.”

The room space is great and the hotel offers a full breakfast with plenty of variety. The ladies at the front desk and the café were very friendly. The location in the center is excellent. The hotel urgently needs maintenance and upgrades; the beds are old and the mattress gives way when you lie down. There is no desk or chair for work, just a low chair we leaned against the bed to use our laptop. Our bathroom had a constant leak into the room, and the shower handle was loose and kept falling to the floor, which could hurt people. We reported it at reception, but nothing was done.

“Ótimo custo benefício em Foz.”

The staff are very polite and attentive. The hotel’s location is wonderful. Breakfast is very good and the timing is flexible, starting at 6:30 am. The room is comfortable and there’s a dedicated parking area on the property in front of the hotel. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work well in the room, even though the system is installed. We complained at the front desk, and they promised to call technical support. After the repair the internet stayed slow but stable.
