The staff, Don Carlos and the restaurant hostess, were very friendly; the place was easy to reach, everything was spotless, the food was tasty, and the view was stunning.

Everything was superb, the facilities beautiful, the room clean, and the setting very quiet with easy lake access; Karina was attentive, made us feel welcome, always checking that everything was fine, very kind, and even helped with the ferry details since we were unfamiliar, for which we’re very grateful—¡Pura vida! We’d definitely return. The only regret is that I only stayed one night; I wanted to spend more time in that lovely place.
