The property is truly beautiful, surrounded by greenery and the quiet of the Senese hills, isolated yet still close to the city (about 10 minutes by car). Simone welcomed us with great availability and friendliness, showed us the apartment and even gave us some tips (which we unfortunately couldn’t use because of time) for exploring the surroundings. The apartment is very nice, with two large bedrooms and a dining area that comfortably seats five, plus a well‑equipped kitchen. Breakfast was also positive, with products set out on a table in the kitchen and the kindness of finding something for lactose‑intolerant guests after I had notified them (before our arrival) that my wife was lactose intolerant. Everything was really very positive!

The farm is located in a quiet, noise‑free area, naturally cool, so we slept very well even without air conditioning, which is present in every room but not used! We had the entire apartment available, well furnished and truly complete, from common quality bathroom items to mosquito nets and a iron. The owner is very welcoming and even for just one night made us feel at home. The breakfast was good and complete.
