The view of the rice fields was beautiful, the owner was friendly, and Komang Alit welcomed us warmly and helped make everything run smoothly and arranged everything; there was nothing to add.

I stayed at Bale Sidi House and it was fantastic. The room was beautiful, very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with excellent quality mattress and bed that made the whole place feel peaceful and relaxing. The location is lovely, surrounded by nature yet still easy to get to town. What really set this place apart was the owner and his family’s kindness and hospitality—they’re warm, generous, hardworking, and genuinely care about their guests, always helpful and attentive, making me feel more like staying with good friends than just a guest. The property is new, clearly built with care, and the owner constantly works to improve things and enhance the guest experience. I appreciated their sincerity, honesty, and effort to make everyone comfortable, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area, especially travelers who value genuine Balinese hospitality and a peaceful stay. The building is quite new and still has a few small things being improved, which is normal for a new property; the owner is aware and actively fixing them, and it didn’t affect my stay in any meaningful way, so I appreciate the care put into improving the place.

The place was quiet, but the owner was very pushy and wanted too much attention. When I returned in the evening, he personally visited me, and even in the morning. Initially I saw it as service, but it eventually became annoying. The owner tried hard to be hospitable, but not in the right way. Also nothing was cleaned or replenished in the room; for example, all the empty beer bottles stayed on my balcony until checkout. I understand it’s a new business, but more consideration for guests is needed.
