“Clean up feont of hotel --Improve firts impression”
The price was reasonable and affordable, but the place could use a lot more cleaning; cigarette butts littered the area right in front of the hotel, giving a bad first impression.

The manager was very helpful at reception and kind; he lent me a charging wire and let me stay a little later because of my very late check‑in. Nothing else really, maybe no phone ports.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was the best we’ve had, the food was hot with a large variety, and the lift to the floors was a massive bonus.

The room and breakfast were excellent, and there was nothing to dislike.

The staff were absolutely lovely - very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Very good location for city centre and free parking. Lack of food and drink facilities
