The staff were friendly, the room was large, quiet, and well‑darkening, the bed suited a back sleeper, the location was good for us, and the minibar drinks included were nice; however, the €19.90 breakfast fee seemed high for the portion sizes we ate, and the €15 per night parking charge introduced after the hotel’s renaming was also steep – we avoided both, especially in these tough times.
