“Convenient Location, but Watch Out for the Cold Floor”
This hotel has a great location, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The prices are also very reasonable. However, one thing that caught my attention was the cold floor in the bathroom, which was quite uncomfortable on a chilly winter day.

I was appalled by the state of the room I was given. It was filthy and infested with cockroaches, making it impossible for me to stay. I had to check out almost immediately and find another hotel at 1am. To make matters worse, the hotel's customer service has been completely unresponsive, refusing to refund me despite my repeated requests. This has left me with double the costs I should have incurred.
