“Magnifique endroit au bord de l'eau”

The apartment was set up nicely – spotless, airy, with a bit of background music that made us feel welcome, and the location is simply gorgeous with everything you need for a great stay. Unfortunately, one of the two beds was really uncomfortable, so one couple ended up sleeping on the living‑room sofa for three nights while the other tried to make do on the mattress. The host admitted they already knew about the bad bed, but we would have preferred a new mattress before arriving.

“Un bel endroit pour se reposer et profiter de la belle vue sur l’eau”

We loved the peace, the view and the overall comfort, plus there were a lot of extras that weren’t listed in the ad, and the hosts were genuinely friendly. The only downside was that the cooking pots were pretty worn out, which was a bit disappointing.

I stopped here for a night on the way back from Manitoulin Island and found the location superb, the amenities solid, and the place clean and comfy – perfect for breaking up a long drive, and the host was quick to answer any questions. The only things I wish had been there were an axe or hatchet near the firewood (maybe for safety) and an outdoor bin for dog waste, though neither issue ruined the experience.

“Amazing stay”

This was an amazing getaway – I never wanted to leave. The property offered lake access, a bonfire, plenty of space, a swing, a hammock, games, and basically everything you could think of for a fun stay.
